2. Our reactor core utilizes premium low-loss imported cold-rolled oriented silicon steel sheets. The core column is meticulously segmented into small uniform sections with multiple air gaps, maintained by epoxy-laminated glass fabric plates, ensuring consistent air gap stability during operation.
3. The coil is expertly wound with F-class enameled flat copper wire, offering tightly packed, uniform layers without an insulating layer, delivering striking aesthetics and superior heat dissipation.
4. Post-assembly, the reactor coil and iron core undergo pre-drying, vacuum dipping paint, and hot-drying and curing processes with H grade impregnating paint.
