1. The reactor is expertly crafted in two configurations: three-phase and single-phase, both as iron core dry types.
2. Features a premium core constructed from high-quality, low-loss imported cold-rolled oriented silicon steel sheet. The core column is meticulously divided into small, uniform sections by multiple air gaps. These air gaps are supported by epoxy-laminated glass fabric plates, ensuring stability and precision of the reactor's air gaps during operation.
3. The F-class enameled flat copper wire coil is precisely wound for perfect spacing and uniformity, showcasing a stunningly sleek design with excellent heat dissipation properties for optimal performance.
4. Following assembly, the reactor coil and iron core undergo an advanced process: pre-drying, vacuum dipping paint, followed by hot-drying and curing using H-grade impregnating paint.
