1. Available in two practical configurations: three-phase and single-phase, both as iron core dry types for flexible applications.
2. The core is crafted from premium, low-loss imported cold-rolled oriented silicon steel sheets. Core columns are meticulously divided into small uniform sections by multiple air gaps. These air gaps are secured with epoxy-laminated glass fabric plates, ensuring the stability of air gaps during operation.
3. Coils are elegantly wound with F-class enameled flat copper wire, meticulously arranged for uniformity. This design is devoid of insulating layers, offering a sleek aesthetic and exceptional heat dissipation.
4. Following assembly, the reactor coil and iron core undergo a rigorous process: pre-drying, vacuum dipping paint, and hot-drying and curing with H-grade impregnating paint.
