1. Available in both three-phase and single-phase configurations, all models are crafted using an iron core dry-type structure, offering superior performance and durability.
2. Utilizing high-quality, low-loss imported cold-rolled oriented silicon steel sheets, the core column is segmented into small uniform sections via multiple air gaps. These gaps are meticulously spaced with epoxy-laminated glass fabric plates, ensuring the air gaps remain consistent during operation, thereby enhancing stability and reducing loss.
3. Constructed with F-class enameled flat copper wire, the coil is meticulously wound for uniformity and proximity, offering both aesthetic appeal and superior heat dissipation, without the need for an insulating layer.
4. Once the reactor coil and iron core are assembled, they undergo a meticulous process: pre-drying, vacuum dipping paint, and hot-drying and curing, using H-grade impregnating paint.
