2. Crafted with high-quality, low-loss imported cold-rolled oriented silicon steel sheets. The core column is skillfully divided into small uniform sections with multiple air gaps, spaced by epoxy-laminated glass fabric plates. This precision ensures stability of reactor air gaps during operation.
3. The winding coil is made with F-class enameled flat copper wire, meticulously arranged for uniformity. Its insulating layer-free design provides superior aesthetics coupled with effective heat dissipation, promoting longevity and reliability.
4. Post-assembly of the reactor coil and iron core, the unit undergoes a meticulous process: pre-drying, vacuum dipping paint, followed by hot-drying and curing, utilizing H-grade impregnating paint.
