Dry-type iron core series reactor is used in low voltage reactive power compensation cabinet and connected in series with capacitor. When there are a large number of harmonic sources such as rectifier and converter in the low-voltage grid, the high harmonics generated will seriously jeopardize the safe operation of the main transformer and other electrical equipment. After series connection of reactor and capacitor, it can effectively absorb grid harmonics, improve the voltage waveform of the system, improve the power factor of the system, and effectively inhibit the closing inrush current and operating overvoltage, effectively protect the capacitor.

Design Features
1. The reactor is divided into three-phase and single-phase two kinds, are iron core dry type.
2. The core adopts high-quality low-loss imported cold-rolled oriented silicon steel sheet, and the core column is divided into small uniform sections by multiple air gaps, and the air gaps are spaced by epoxy-laminated glass fabric plates to ensure that the reactor air gaps do not change during operation. 3. The coil is wound with F-class enameled flat copper wire, which is arranged closely and uniformly, and the appearance is not wrapped with insulating layer, which has excellent aesthetics and good heat dissipation performance. It has excellent aesthetics and good heat dissipation performance.
4. After the reactor coil and iron core are assembled into one piece, they go through the process of pre-drying→vacuum dipping paint→hot-drying and curing, and the H grade impregnating paint is used. 6. The exposed parts are treated with anti-corrosion treatment, and the lead-in terminals are made of cold-pressed copper tube terminals.
