2. Crafted from premium low-loss, imported cold-rolled oriented silicon steel sheets, the core is segmented into small, uniform sections by multiple air gaps. These gaps, spaced with epoxy-laminated glass fabric plates, ensure the stability and constancy of reactance air gaps throughout operation.
3. The coil is meticulously wound with F-class enameled flat copper wire, precisely aligned for uniformity. Its design omits an external insulating layer, thereby enhancing its aesthetic appeal and optimizing heat dissipation.
4. Post-assembly, the reactor coil and iron core undergo a meticulous process of pre-drying, vacuum dipping paint, and hot-drying and curing, utilizing H-grade impregnating paint.
