1. The reactor is engineered in two varieties: three-phase and single-phase, both as iron core dry type, ensuring robust and reliable performance.
2. Its core is meticulously crafted with premium low-loss imported cold-rolled oriented silicon steel sheets. The core column is sectioned into small, even parts with multiple air gaps, stabilized by epoxy-laminated glass fabric plates, ensuring the air gaps remain unchanged during operation for consistent performance.
3. Constructed with F-class enameled flat copper wire, the coil is meticulously wound with precision for a sleek, unwrapped finish, providing both outstanding aesthetics and superior heat dissipation.
4. Post assembly, the reactor coil and iron core undergo a meticulous process: pre-drying → vacuum dipping paint → hot-drying and curing, utilizing H grade impregnating paint. This process not only binds the coil and core firmly, reducing operational noise significantly, but also elevates the heat-resistant grade for safe, noiseless function in high-temperature environments.
5. The core column fasteners, crafted from non-magnetic materials, enhance the reactor's quality factor while minimizing temperature rise, delivering an exceptional filtering effect.
