2. The core is constructed using top-tier, low-loss imported cold-rolled oriented silicon steel sheets. It's innovatively divided into small, uniform sections with multiple air gaps, strategically spaced by epoxy-laminated glass fabric plates. 3. Crafted with precision, the coil is wound using F-class enameled flat copper wire. Its closely and uniformly arranged design, free from additional insulation, not only enhances aesthetic appeal but also optimizes heat dissipation for superior functionality.
4. Following the assembly of the reactor coil and iron core, they undergo a rigorous process of pre-drying, vacuum dipping paint, and hot-drying curing with H grade impregnating paint.
