Design Features
1. This reactor is available in both three-phase and single-phase variants, featuring an iron core dry type design for versatile application.
2. The core is crafted from premium low-loss imported cold-rolled oriented silicon steel sheets. It's ingeniously segmented into small uniform sections with multiple air gaps, separated by epoxy-laminated glass fabric plates, ensuring stability and efficiency.
3. Using F-class enameled flat copper wire, the coil is meticulously wound for close, uniform arrangement, showcasing superior aesthetics and excellent heat dissipation without an insulating layer.
4. Post-assembly of the reactor coil and iron core involves pre-drying, vacuum dipping paint, and hot-drying and curing with H-grade impregnating paint. This combination significantly reduces operating noise and ensures high heat resistance for safe, noiseless operation even in high temperatures.
5. Non-magnetic materials are used for the fasteners of the reactor core column, enhancing the quality factor, minimizing temperature rise, and improving the filtering effect.
6. Exposed components undergo thorough anti-corrosion treatment, and the lead-in terminals are crafted from cold-pressed copper tube terminals for durability and reliability.
