1. Engineered as iron core dry type, this reactor is available in both three-phase and single-phase configurations, accommodating diverse electrical requirements.
2. Constructed with top-tier, low-loss imported cold-rolled oriented silicon steel sheets, the core is segmented into small, uniform sections by multiple air gaps. These gaps are expertly spaced with epoxy-laminated glass fabric plates, ensuring stability and consistency of the reactor's air gaps throughout its operation.
3. Featuring coils wound with F-class enameled flat copper wire, the reactor ensures a closely arranged, uniform structure without an insulating layer, enhancing both its aesthetics and thermal dissipation capabilities.
4. The entire assembly, consisting of the reactor coil and iron core, undergoes a meticulous process of pre-drying, vacuum dipping in paint, and hot-drying curing, utilizing H grade impregnating paint.
